| Refund Policy The Buyer accepts all responsibilities of/for the purchased kitten. TobyAnn Cattery, hereafter Seller, guarantees that the purchased kitten is in good health at the time of sale/delivery. All kittens shall leave Seller, age appropriately vaccinated and wormed and kittens will be at a healthy weight and litter box oriented. The Buyer is responsible to have the purchased kitten examined by his/her veterinarian within 72 hours from the date of delivery. If any defect or abnormality is determined to be present in purchased kitten by veterinarian, a copy of the veterinarian's report must be sent to the Seller describing any health related abnormalities. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 72 hours. If in fact said kitten is found to be seriously ill, the Buyer then has 72 hours to return the cat to the Seller at the Buyers expense. A replacement of an equal value kitten will be made when said replacement becomes available. Buyer assumes responsibility for all veterinarian bills accrued. The Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs for returning the kitten/cat to the Seller. Kittens are guaranteed against all genetic defects for one-year from date of sale. Any genetic abnormality must be documented by a licensed veterinarian and forwarded to Seller. Kittens sold as pets or for show must be spayed/neutered within the first six months if CFA registration papers are desired. Upon confirmation of spay/neuter CFA registration papers will be forwarded to the Buyer from Seller via certified mail. Buyer is responsible to register the kitten with the CFA. We are always happy to assist you in completing the CFA form (blue form) if needed. |

| Due to many inquiries about our Persian kittens, we can only reserve your kitten if a deposit is made. Kittens with a deposit are listed as "Reserved" on the "Available" page. Kittens that are paid-in-full are listed as "Sold" on the "Available" page. All deposits shall be equal to one-half the purchase cost of the kitten. All deposits are non-refundable unless, for some reason, we are unable to provide you with a kitten. A kitten is only designated as reserved upon our receipt of the required deposit funds. We only have a limited number of litters each year, and this is the only way to make sure your kitten is reserved. In addition, all of our kittens are 12-weeks old before we will ship them. We believe it is very important for the kitten to spend this amount of time with it's mother. This allows adequate time for the kitten to learn from it's mother, to develop an excellent immune system, and to be litter box oriented. |
